• 200g good-quality dark chocolate, chopped
• 1/3 cup thickened cream
• 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
• 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles

 

Method

1. Follow step 1 of Basic truffle recipe (see related recipe), replacing vanilla with coffee powder.
2. Follow steps 2 and 3 of Basic truffle recipe (see related recipe), replacing cocoa with sprinkles.
